Swiss Rosti @ Marché

According to Wiki:

Rösti (often spelled Röschti in Swiss German) is a Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes. It was originally a common breakfast eaten by farmers in the canton of Bern, but today is eaten all over Switzerland and also in many restaurants in the Western World.

One such restaurant is the Swiss restaurant Marché. One of my favorite places to eat due to its variety particularly in yummy seafood choices and desserts.

Everytime I visit this place, I always end up getting the same dish. The Swiss Rosti. It's just a simple dish - grated potatoes fried on a skillet. Nothing really special about it but I find it really hearty. A plain rosti is served with sour cream but you can choose any of the "set meals" they offer with a selection of sausages.

For this trip, other than the rosti I ordered their calamari and had chocolate mousse for dessert. Take note that the calamari is best shared since the serving size is big. As for the chocolate mousse, it was delicious.
